Forces for secrecy impanel a parliamentarian, a politician, and a judge to try freedom of information. "Out of order" objected the parliamentarian. "Unpatriotic " blustered the politician. "Guilty" found the judge. And the people continued sitting in a dark and bitter dilatory stew of ignorance. Sadly this is not a joke but business as usual in a never-ending mission to avoid transparency, accountability, oversight of government action (or non-action) by the governed.
